Richard Worthy (born March 12, 1967) is an American actor and Star Trek veteran, having played several alien and one human role in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Star Trek: Voyager and Star Trek: Enterprise.

Worthy was born in Detroit, Michigan to a father who worked in the automotive industry. Worthy studied Tae Kwon Do at a young age and Graduating from Southfield Senior High School in 1985 and from University of Michigan in 1990, he became a stage actor in Detroit, later moving to Chicago, Illinois to develop his theatre background. Later, he moved to Los Angeles, California to further his film and television work.

Among his many television credits, Worthy also had a supporting role in the Star Trek film Star Trek: Insurrection, starring the cast of the TV series Star Trek: The Next Generation. Worthy also had a role in a short-lived 2005 private-eye drama on ABC, Eyes. Worthy has also guest-starred in "The Warrior", an episode of Stargate SG-1, where he, as the Goa'ould Imhotep, made use of his Tae Kwon Do and stunt fighting skills.

He also appeared on the 2003 - 2009 re-imagined version of Battlestar Galactica as a Cylon (model number Four, often referred to as "Simon"). Recently he has also had a large role on ABC Family's Fallen miniseries.

He also played Nathan Jackson on the TV show Magnificent Seven. Nathan was a former slave who served as a stretcher-bearer in the Union Army, and learned a great deal about medicine during that time. He serves as the groups healer and has a practice in town. In the first episode he falls for Rain, a girl from the Seminole village the group protects; she later comes back in the second season and their relationship rekindles. Nathan is an expert knife-thrower and carries a set of three knives always strapped to his back.

He is set to appear in the next season of Heroes, playing Matt Parkman's new partner, an experienced and capable Los Angeles cop.
