Feb 2, 2006 - Memorial Fundraiser - A fundraiser in memorial of Johnny Madonia, the son of a long time I-CON staffer, is being held to benefit the Child Life Program at Stony Brook University Hospital which helps to ease the stay of children in the hospital via entertainment and help them adjust to returning to school after leaving the hospital. Sep 28, 2005 - Marc Gunn Concert - Fans of Irish music will be interested to hear that Marc Gunn will be doing a solo "house concert" in Lake Ronkonkonma on October 23 at 7PM to promote his new album, Irish Drinking Songs for Cat Lovers. Actually held in one fan's home, this is a great opportunity to hear some wonderful music up close and personal. Past I-CON attendees know Marc as one half of the Brobdingnagian Bards. The Bards have been frequent and popular guests at recent I-CONs and are always a treat to see in concert. Seating is limited so please reserve your seat as soon as possible.
