Display space guidelines are as follows:

  1. I-CON can accept NO mail in art. If you wish to display your art and cannot attend the convention, contact a local representative to act as your agent. This agent will be solely responsible for shipment, hanging, collecting proceeds, and picking up unsold art. Your representative must have a signed release form from you before art can be displayed. There are NO exceptions to this rule.
  2. All art show participants, excluding specifically invited guests, must purchase a membership pass. This pass is available at the door or by writing the address above.
  3. Artists or representatives must hang and remove their own art. Hardware will be supplied. Art MUST is collected by closing time on Sunday, March 26th, from 3-4 PM. I-CON will do its best to protect uncollected art. Any art not collected by 4 PM will be held by I-CON for the Artist. However, art left after 4 PM is NOT I-CON's responsibility.
  4. I-CON collects a 10% commission on all art and print sales. Original art will be sold by I-CON and a 10% commission collected. Any prints sold at I-CON also have 10% commission on the sale, with a minimum charge of $15 to enter prints in the print shop. You will not be charged both a print shop commission and table fee for print sales. All sales MUST be handled by an I-CON representative. Artists selling work directly will NOT be invited back to future I-Cons. Please help us by abiding by this rule.
  5. I-CON Art Show Representatives reserve the right to reject any artists application or specific art, solely at I-CON Art Show Representatives discretion.
  6. Please note that all information, policies, and rules are subject to change without notice.
