Most I-CON activities take place on the Stony Brook University Campus (except for the open filk singing at our official hotel). So, if you plan on spending the night, please make arrangements in advance with a local hotel.

There are TWO Holiday Inns. The offical convention hotel is in Ronkonkoma, near MacArthur (Islip) Airport. The other hotel is a Holiday Inn Express in Stony Brook, but is NOT our official hotel.

Shuttle Bus Service:
Limited Shuttle bus service from this hotel to campus will be provided. Shuttle service to other hotels is not available.
